It could use shading.
And where is the bottom jaw; if you not including it, make some blood running down his chin, or make it to where you can see his tongue.

For now, 7/10.

I like how it's free handed and not mirrored like most of the heads I see now days.

Being a wip I assume you are going to add lower teeth?

If not as leo and grad said add blood and flesh and what not.

i will add shades and put sth (idk now what) there where is the bottom, its sth like sketch...

Try adding a bit more shadows to add some depth. I'm not sure how I feel about the mouth just yet. Maybe less gums?
Still, it looks good 7/10
