So yeh, I want a new head. I added a little description below.
1)Make it in the style like BlowAllOut's head texture.
2)It should look like Neil Patrick Harris
3)I would prefer 128x128 or 256x256, but 512x512 will be okay, too.
4)Mouth should be closed, ew.
I can pay up to 22k tc, but it probably won't cost so. :P
Oh, and also, you can even cut it from any picture where you notice Neil Patrick Harris. I don't really care if it is drew or cutted, but I want it to look "okay".

Eh, I want it for the whole head and this one takes only like 0,3 of the head. You have to add ears and hair so it will be "okay".
