Hm.. If not, try to blury a litter the eyes and nose.
I dont like much this "sketch" heads.
Try to make soft shadows, sure will look better.

The eyes will not match with the cannibal mask.
The eyes looks like a deformed sad human, or a sad human monster.
You need try to match the head things.

lol, it's called a "tablet". eyes seem too high, and not much to comment on, as you said it's only a sketch.

EDIT: Eyes are deffinetly too high and too close together, you should fix that before addin anything
