IGN is well known for lazy ass reviewers. I think for someone to review a game they would have to have some degree of completion.

I think that the review is correct. Toribash gets boring fast and it is very hard to get into.

The end statement is very true, there's no way Toribash can ever reach WoW or any other famous game status. Not unless it gets changed, alot.

I highly doubt anyone from IGN actually played it with their rep.

they probably only went into freeplay, and started clicking random joints. probably never saw the forums, clans and organisations and whatnot. it does take a while to get use to, but i think a experienced toribash player should be writing the review. not a person that only played it for 5 minutes then deletes it.

To be honest the first impression for this game wasn't too good.Atleast for me.
It's pretty hard to get use to it,and the options was just so much that i didn't know where should i start.
But after you get used to the controls and movement this game gets addicting.Then you explore forum and the game gets in a whole new level.
If IGN guys would play Toribash for like a year,i doubt if they would say the same thing.

I had the same reaction as him when i first started playing.
but it suddenly clicked when i went back to the game, and i loved it.
5 years later, im still here.
go figure hey.

Toribash is really hard to get adapted in it and it gets boring if you're not good at it. But if you discover the whole game (ex: forums, tourneys, events, art n. stuff) it is a really addicting game. I think that son of a bitch lazy reviewer didnt even discover the multiplayer section or the shop.
