That's a hotfix to make it work on the newer servers, it doesn't have the installer, use http://toribash.jarmund.net/clients/
If you want to use 3.86 multiplayer then be sure to grab the hotfix and run it in the folder you install toribash to.

Ah...sure it brings back old memories.
