I should've been clearer, I want regular skin tone. The only aspect i want from awesome face is the direction of the eyes and the smile. And the the hair needs to be much darker.

That's goddamn beautiful! Hate to nitpick, but I'm about to. Eyes need to be looking a tad bit higher, and smile needs to be slightly bigger. Other than that It's pretty perfect.
