Damn! This is awesome! The face and ears are Perfect (yes, with a capital P).
Hair could use some shading. It doesn't have to be hyper detailed. On the other hand, the hair looks just great the way it is right now.
The shading around face somehow reminds me of Marvel's comics, Which are great.
