i like the head , but the eyes are too big , it make the head soo ugly

It looks clean and simple the metal work looks good and the eyes too actually, but both of them put together doesn't look that good because two completely different levels of shadings were used, the eyes are completely flat while metal work is shaded hardcore.

I am not saying it isn't possible to mix cartoon and heavily shaded objects, but in this example it doesn't work very well. But I see great potential

and where is your shading?

mirroring dood, mirroring. instead of just making half a head and mirroring it, try to draw it all the way through with guides.

the seam is uggllylyyylylyy, seams are a big no-no.

there really isn't much detail in this head and i can't tell what it's supposed to be. make it flow, add some real texture.

The eyes just look like a piece of paper that is glued where the eyes should be
Or you should fix it and shade it more
Or you should get them away and do robotic eyes
