No need for effects IMO.
The spars... meh, not bad but not great. Needs more fluid moves.
I like the vid, looks very nice. I think the sync and cam work were also nice.

Relatively good job. Video/camera work was good. I liked it. 9/10, but for sparring, Idk I guess I am not a fan of relaxed neck's, and I noticed you were running a lot with a relaxed neck. It just sometimes can kill the realism.
But yeah overall pretty damn good! (Seen better, but have also seen much MUCH worse)

Hm. I think it was maybe a bit too fast, the camera bounced too much.
Spar was good, I've seen better sparring, but you are better than me. Need more fluid moving, like largeKilla sayed.

My thinkings :

I liked the Freecam,the thing is that in some parts it feels like the cam only films you not the other tori,
the sync was good in some parts but not at all the video
The replays are pretty good I have no complains or nothing. Very cool
You should use more effects , from 0: 33 to 1:19 you stoped using effects.
The last thing to say is that you need a better intro and to put an outro.

7/10 You CAN do more effort, I know you can do it better

Pretty awesome, but the music doesn't blend in with the replays, like, there isn't any loud parts where it can set in for a decap or something.
Every Replay Is wicked fast and you can barely see what's going on...

But, spars are okay, Not Bad.
