Looks pretty different then other heads I've seen, but I have no clue what the back side of the head looks like so thumbs down on that...

Upload the picture on gimp and make it a spinning globe so we can see every direction or side of the head please.

Only flaw i can spot is the area where hair changes to beard. Everything else is pretty much solid colors, but that area is smudged. Why?

The area that changes to beard is not a flaw but yet intended like if he only left the beard to be shaved (it's a style, go figure ) and what smudged area?

So you're saying that if made them instead of smudged, make it line-ish

Just change them. almost every color on the head is a solid shape. but that area is smudged.
