Also, do you have the chance to activate and deactivate it from time to time or once you have it, it's activated until it expires?

Do you mean from Torishop?
If I remember, you can activate and deactivate it whenever you want. As long as the expired date has not been passed yet. And also I saw people adding toribooster to the market and when I tried to buy it it doesn't work

Correct me if I'm wrong though

No you cant deactivate it, and it goes for 30 days like a normal booster.
