Just keep practising and you'll be able to make normal replays in like 2 years or somthin. Read tut's watch other replays and don't just move pecs chest and stuff looks really bad, use all joints. And try to use relax/hold more.
What you need to basically do is learn what does what (basically learn toribash) and first at least move more joints to make it look less stiff, noobish, simple etc.
