This can be our general TF2 thread. Why do we need a TF2 thread? Because nobody loves you. Anyway, my first question, at the moment, what is the best pyro flamethrower? Phlogistinator?

The degreaser. The quick switch between weapons means you can switch between it and the flare gun/axtinguisher and fnish off your enemies extremely quickly. The crit thing on the Phlog can be useful but in the long term, I've found the degreaser a lot more helpful. That being said, I've only got a few hours with pyro but I still find that loadout to be the best.

Also why the hell have I not got you on Steam?

About the pyro loadout. I prefer manmelter for the second hand due to the extinguish crits thing and that it doesn't use ammo. It could be a little faster though

I actually prefer the shotgun as my secondary, at least situationally. It a lot better for finishing off other pyros and classes like scouts that can really avoid your damage. But true, the flare gun is probably the most effective at getting damage out at a range.

Also stupud people are all over TF2. A guy once gave me 1 ref for a regular razorback.

I had some spare crates, so I gave them all to him (16 crates) he unboxed a black paint, a strange scattergun, and a few other things. He was so excited about the strange scattergun he said "Thanks Stick, I'll strike you a deal. 1 black paint and 1 Strange shortstop for 1 ref."
