How do I lift them, and how do I get more momentum
tips in aikido:
1. akido is for counter so do a counterattack
2. do not attack. if you do, you may loose
3. practice
4. do not play with grab hands
5. if you counter don't lower both arms. you just need one arm for a good counter
6. just lower one arm
7. if your enemy kicks you try to grab his leg

One more, if you wanna search for an opener, you can search for it in free play, and try to kick yourself with uke

Judo:
1. There's a lot of luck so like dark said just find a good opener
2. Fight in lax, you're a lot easier to break in Hold
3. If you are grabbing someone in the air, let go of them. Nuff said.
4. Stay away from the ground when possible!!!
5. Try to keep your opponent from weakening your parts by hitting you...hard. In judo there is a lot of random breaks so be careful

Aikido:
1. Try not to kick. Usually when you kick you're opponent just grabs your leg, unstabilising you. In Aikido its important to keep you legs ON THE GROUND
2. Find a good opener in which ou can easily manipulate your opponent e.g flipping them or throwing them
3. Refrain from shovelling. Shoveling is when you grab your opponent, lift them up and out of the ring then dropping them
4. If your opponent and you are grabbing each others hands, let go. This way you can still stay close to your opponent (they're still grabbing you) but you have more freedom in moving your arms. I know this because I have even tested it myself.
5. Again. Fight in lax. In lax you have more freedom in movement and you're harder to break. Only hold when you are in a jiffy/pinch/really tight spot

Hope this helps.
I'm a nobody, and nobody's perfect. I am the definition of perfection.
aikido is a counter based martial art in which you turn the enemy's moves and momentum against them
-grab attacking limbs,if they try to kick you grab their leg and twist it to make them lose their balance.
-relax,I find that if they try shovel you or lift you just relax all and it will often throw their move off balance and enable you to get closer to them.
-Don't get in a corner,if they get you in a corner your in deep trouble unless you can reverse it and suplex them.
-trick them, pretend to go into a kick and then spin your body round and kick with the other leg on their defenceless side.
-Don't get cocky and think it's all over if you get a decent move on them and you think there is no way they can get out of it,but in most cases there is.Oh and don't say a premature gg because if they reverse it you will look like an idiot.
-surprise them with a random move they wont expect, you know like add a few random relax all's in there.

Actually that's not necessarily true.
For example, if you use a powerful relax kick on someone who is relaxing, it should dismember.
Whilst if you use that same kick on someone who is holding, the majority of the time they will just absorb it.

Relax = Offence
Hold = Defence
Aikido:

1) Stay relaxed as much as possible.
2) Relax joints that are about to be hit to prevent dm or fracture.
3) Add to the opponent's momentum in order to make them lose control.
4) Try your hardest never to get lifted.
5) If you get lifted keep your shoulders lowered and relax your lower body.
6) Contract your wrists when you are about to be laid out flat on the ground.

Judo:

1) It's mostly strike first and you will likely win. (basically fast moves win)
2) Use kick openers often
3) Protect your head (it's easy to decap)
