how do i put colors in bounties? Do i also do ^01-99?

From what i've heard that is what you do to add color to bounties.
If not, I have no clue how.

Well, you can't add yourself a bounty. Most people ask their friend to add them bounty, or maybe they use their alt to add his main acc a bounty.
You can add colors on bounty with ^01-99.

Wait, theres 99 colours? I thought there was only 1-9
