Here is one move I do frequently in multiplayer to start of with a jump in the two first steps. Not sure if it's secret though ;)
1. Contract: Right/Left Hips, Right/Left Knees (everything else can be relaxed or in hold)
2. Hit SPACE (run 10 frames)
3. Extend: Left/Rigth Knee
4. Off you go!
From here you can grap, zidane or do a backflip.
