as you all no shaders don't work on a lot pcs
wen shaders came out for a lot of us it made it better
but for other peeps it made i not as good cos wolde croma dos not work any more why is that.
and you can only put color in to envs now so a lot of mods are just normal.

I don't exactly understand what your saying, but Shader's require a lot Power/GoodGfxCards

If you use POV-Ray, try using the milk.inc and see how long it takes to render a screenshot,

that kind of explains why Shader's require so much Epic Computer things :b

YEah, but POV is full fledged ray tracing. It also only uses your main processor for the drawing. Toribash uses your graphical processor (On a card if you have one, a portion of your main chip if you don't have a graphics card) for drawing, and your main processor for collision detection, computing acceleration, damage dealt, and everything else non-graphics related.
Comparing Toribash to POV for resource demands is not a very good comparison
