YEah, but POV is full fledged ray tracing. It also only uses your main processor for the drawing. Toribash uses your graphical processor (On a card if you have one, a portion of your main chip if you don't have a graphics card) for drawing, and your main processor for collision detection, computing acceleration, damage dealt, and everything else non-graphics related.
Comparing Toribash to POV for resource demands is not a very good comparison
