Neptune's Pride is a multiplayer game of Strategy, Intrigue and Galactic Conquest.
The game is real-time and played over several weeks. You can log in at any time of the day to check the progress of your fleets, view the results of battles and issue new orders.
It's the game you know and love with a twist. A 4x (explore, expand, exploit, exterminate) Strategy game with its complexity stripped away to reveal an exciting game of diplomacy and strategic command. You check in once or twice a day, move your ships, upgrade your stars, then let the galactic war play out over hours and days.

Well, I don't know how to describe this game other than 'epic, long, epic'.
You conquer stars, make alliances, break alliances, again conquer stars, again make and break alliances. It's game that you have betray everyone if there is occasion to make a good move for yourself.
My experience with it just started. I've made an account and joined first game I saw. Right now I've just raised my economy and sent fleets to get stars near my home system. I've just started a long story that I want to end with sentence "I won.". How it will be? Well, I will give infos every time something cool happens.

I've found this game by accident. Browsing internet stuff I've come on a blog - well, it's more like a story of 8 people playing a match. It last for month. I really advise you to read it, because it's cool. Alot of twists.

I played this game a while back.
First game took just under a month with 6 players, 4 of which I knew. Many backs were stabbed, many alliances forged and broken, and many a harsh word exchanged.
In the end I won after me and a friend successfully divided the galaxy into 2 halves between us, but in the end I backstabbed him to win it... I felt like a douche. That was my first and last game I ever played :P
Anyway, would highly recommend this game to anyone with a boatload of patience and some friends. It's all about diplomacy, more or less, and he who manipulates best wins. The game is effectively what you make of it.

it looks verry nice, i just joined a galaxy(?) and sent my ships to some stars out of my color circles :d i dont know why but jea i made it xD
but this game is pretty cool... i want to know how itīs later when you got a big fleet or something

I don't know anything too, besides some tips from what I found on that CVG blog. Invest economy to be galactic billionaire. Invest weapon-tech to have nukes and shit. Invest science to have newest iPods and nano-netbooks etc etc
