You need work on your stick construction. Easing was pretty, bad work on that.
Don't move them like

Add more frames in general. And their was either A lot of re-sizing, or the zooming was too fast.
4/10 practice practice practice that's the only way to get better at flash.
Also using less smoothing on the brushes helps out on stick construction.
