Well, Idk but my brother, (KEvinnash), Was on irc and he said he said "WHATS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!" in irc and got banned for it, i think they banned my IP Adress

There is no irc rule stating you will be banned for saying what's up. It's clear that your brother had something he wasn't supposed to do on irc. (such as trolling, breaking rules or simply being annoying in #support)
