I need help with OpenGL
Can someone please tell me where to get Open GL 1.4 or higher? I've looked everywhere and i cant find it.

its a hardware issue. Sounds like you need a new graphics card.

Yea, thats not even a graphics card. Thats an onboard piece of crap. OpenGL either come on your card, or not. you cant download it
