Hello New Bashers!
Hello and welcome to all the new people of ToriBash.
I am going to give you three tips for 3 categories that are good and work at least 80 percent of the time for me.
JUDO
- Extend right ankle, contract left ankle, contract right knee, contract right hip, contract right glutes, extend left hip, extend left glutes, contract abs, left rotating chest, left bending lumbar, contract right pecs, contract right elbow, grab both hands.
JOUSTING
- Extend ankles, extend knees, extend glutes, extend hips, extend abs, contract pecs, extend elbows, grab hands.
AIKIDO
- I'm brown belt and still get beaten by white belts. Get a new Aikido teacher.
