i bought beetle secondary and primary gradients and when i activate them they deactivate themselves when i refresh the page i have enough qi why is this happening?

To activate the items:

Visit your deactivated inventory.

Next to the item(s) you want to activate, click the [Activate] button.

We solved this problem by transfering the items back and forth and then it worked
