There's a mark of black next to the left eye.
It looks pretty bad.
Remove that and I'd give it 10/10.

add eyebrows might make the eyes look a bit better. and some more lines/folds around the eyes

well you don't need change,your head is very nice principally the eyes,but more distinctness is nice...

The eyes are too awkward I suggest you if you're making a ninja head, don't show the whole of the eyes, you can kinda band your head or something to make the eyes smaller, maybe just show the half of the eyes, do you understand what do I mean?

it's very sub-par

there's nothing special about this head, what i'm seeing is mostly layered plates at ranging opacities, try to spice it up, do some shading. If you're going to use shapes like that, it looks like stained glass :/

No, no no no no.
There is weird spiky-stuff around the eyes, I have NO idea what that is supposed to be, is it hair?
The mask on the front is the only good part but the shading on the skin for it looks absolutely horrible.
I have no clue what the thing on the back is supposed to be, and the eyes and the shading are pretty bad.
