In your first replay you damage yourself way to much, moves are to close together, Uke is constantly touching you, You damaged yourself to much. Give some space between Uke and you so you can have more powerful hits. Pose was bad, Should of left his Torso there so you can do a pose.
In you second replay the decap was Awful because it wasn't a punch it was more of a grab the joint and move it off.... To make it better you need to get the decap without grabbing the joint, Also pose was twitchy seeming you couldn't keep your balance. If you couldn't keep it you should do a short flip or dance so it doesn't look like you are trying to keep you balance but still have a stance on the end so it looks like you did that on purpose.
Out of both of them... 3/10 Keep practicing.
