Whenever I click a joint it only gives me 2 options instead of four.
Say I click on my right elbow, it used to let me click it and get to contracting, extending, relaxing, or holding. But now it only lets me get to contracting and extending, and I have to press X to relax or hold. Is there any way to fix this?

Press Esc. Go to Setup > Options, change Mouse Buttons to 1.
