hi Lil, quick question, are you using real photo for a ref, or just simply made it without any ref ?

i must say this one is pretty decent one, sadly the nail is too plain, give it more shading.

Real Nice vector, but some of it looks like you over-layed on the picture which to me is -points.



Idk if its just a pet peeve from me, but if you did overlay, then maybe in your next works try some from eye.
if that makes any sense.
your shading is pretty wonderful i must add. keep it up

I'm not pretty sure how you do your vector stuff, but this one looks like a cutout filter with some level changes.

Illustrator doesnt have those filters due to it not being an image editing program

but I used the pentool for this heres steps I guess
