Yah, I was recently told that leftknife.tbm is a farm mode. Although it being based mostly on luck, I don't really think it's a farm mode, cause you still fight to win.
Opinions?

It usually ends in under 10 frames, therefore with a calculation in an hour with 5tc per win you can easily make 200tc

With high turnframes, low matchframes, a small dojo/nonexistant dojo and DQ on, it is.

I think any mode can become a "farm mode" given it has the right settings.

I am not sure of the current settings of leftknife on the servers, but if is set in a way to where most matches end in one or two turns, then it probably is :x

I think they used to have leftknife with like, KB settings or something where the engage distance was actually pretty far, which was actually pretty fun, and the matches took a bit longer, but yea...

I saw it on the SMASH server a while ago.

Depending on the circumstances it can be... but it can also be a fun mode for people who want to play a match where they don't have to wait 5 minutes for their turn like tk or kb or judo.

It was rhetorical post. Everything was said already.

In my book, leftknife is a "farm mode" if it has the following settings:
- Turnframes of over 30
- DQ on, or a small dojo
- Matchframes of under 360
- Engage Distance less than 150
Considering that the majority of servers usually set up with leftknife adhere to this in some way or another, the mod could be considered a "farm mode".

I think that leftknife.tbm is a farm mod.
