first one: you have to grab the baloon before the fan starts to spin. you also have to knock your oponent off, because the baloon can lift only one person.

second: pretty much the same, but with some minor differences such as small copter instead of baloon.

I love this mod... Makes me think of the movie "Danny Deckchair"..or i think that was the title...i got a suggestion for ya.. try making a chair were there are balloons attached to it... and the balloons of course will fly upwards
