Me and my mate started playing this game a few nights ago, since then, i've won more than him and earnt green belt whereas he is still orange, but for some reason he is higher rank than me. (lower number)

He is also recieving TC at the end of each fight he wins whereas this has only happened to me a handful of times. I'm also not getting achievements, i only have white belt on there whereas i have clearly won a few others.

Any help would be great.

The in game ranking uses the Elo rating system. You'll have to read up on this to fully understand how it works. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elo_rating_system

Now as for the TC gaining. In order to gain TC you must play in official rooms. Not private. Also, achievements may take awhile to update. Sometimes a full day or so for you to actually receive it. So just be patient.
