Uh... The thing I do. I take my mP3 file, rename it to .ogg, and done, now its an .ogg file.
Doesn't work with any files...

There is a difference between renaming a file and actually converting a file...

The upload doesn't support .mp3 because of copyright issues. You need to actually go to a conversion website and have the file properly converted.

Or if you have audacity. Upload it to audacity and export it as a new file type ie. .ogg or .wav
