Get the link from the youtube video, eg:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzjl0Cu9HgM

Just copy the bolded part after the v=, remove the rest, it should look like this:

lzjl0Cu9HgM

Click the icon and paste the lzjl0Cu9HgM between [YOUTUBE][/YOUTUBE]
Eg:

[YOUTUBE]lzjl0Cu9HgM[/YOUTUBE]

And it will show the youtube video:
