Just so you know, I've been using editing programs for 3 years, but only had formal training for the past 6 months. I'm well rounded when it comes to making cartoonish textures, as for realistic, I'm not that good but I can manage.

i have figured out what i want 
i want this to be like an anime set
1. i would like a whole body set that goes with aqua force and juyro relax
2. i would like hair to be black
3. i would like the eyes to be either a radioactive or acid look
4. i would really like arrows on the legs and arms.
5. i want it cartoonish and 128
6. paying max, 25k. i can maybe a little higher but i am really tight on money but i want this Thanks. buhbye

i dont want it to go with juyro and aqua anymore i want it to be acid and azurite mostly azurite
