I really want to make a clan story and have everyone integrated into it.
For example Emg met (insert derpy name here) and he found a legendary warrior named (insert over used meme here)
And so on.

It sounds like this story is going to be the same as evvvvery other clan story, I suggest you make it different with a slight comical twist.

This is not plagarism, not a like 3 word story thats totally random.
Almost like made up history of the clan.

Once, a Warrior in the shades walked into the light... He was always warned by the world that to step outside the boundaris means to break the oath of Nature. He started to break it long ago where history itself does not exist, He was known then as a reincarnated Hero from The greatest war if all, The War of Shinobi. But, now it seems like the story became a legend, lost in the winds of time... None-the-less He did not know anything of the world filled with sunlight, a world where lust and greed roams freely about and it is where creatures walks the deep in the bright skies taunted and intimidated by each other. The world filled with beauty yet its residents are as barbaric as to an extent where it is undescribable, Curiosity had always been in everyone, but for them curiosity means danger, it means having opposing their so called "society". There are many reasons why The world of the Shades do not dare, yet The Warrior, known long before time, has started to envy them, which resulted in him to step into the brightness.
