I'm not sure about this, but market rules were changed, because Nabi Studios aren't supporting external TC sales anymore. (You can still sell TC, but if you have been scammed, Nabi isn't going to help you).
I couldn't find rules about TC sales anymore. Only German, Swedish, French, Spanish and Russian versions of market rules are including external TC selling rules.

i got scammed 50k while tc selling and i still got my tc back. Also do u accept anything else than usd? Plus is this only paypal?
