Hey guys, today I am selling this weird, very rare collectors flame that I ran into, I have only seen about 2 of these elsewhere and no one seems to want to sell them, so offer up.

what does it look like?

It is just like any other collectors item, it is essentially wearable but does not appear in game, like shades, toribeer, etc. Except with these, you cannot buy them with real money, they are only obtainable by chance and there are only a few around.
