So I want a unique youtube background and I have a rough idea of what I want, I would attempt it myself but I just don't have the time.

So basically it needs to be blue and black/white (looking kind of flaming) and should match my avatar. As well as this reference picture:


Please include the name ConCon in the background. As for sizes and dimensions, I'm not sure on youtube's sizes so you may have to research that a bit or find a template.
