I don't know if this goes here or somewhere else. But. Oh well. I was wondering how you make see-through textures. I have Gimp 2.8. The one that can export. I tried to get help from a guy in a game but my toribash went black screened. Any help on making this type of textures?

When you first create the new image, go to advanced options when you select the size and stuff, then make the background color "transparent".

Then just do whatever you want over it.
