GM's don't unban people. Contact the person who initially banned the account,Solax in this case. GM's can ban,however an appeal to be unbanned needs to go to a supermod/admin(Depending on the severity and/or who implicated the ban itself). This doesn't mean spam their inboxes either,if you have a valid argument PM one and only one. I assure you the staff are extremely active and will receive your qeury. An alternative would be to contact the staff on the #support channel (Click help at the top of the forums).
