I personally believe,we "Toribash Citizens" should be able to defend ourselves when someone posts against one on the Scam Reports Page.For example if someone wants to report another person,That person who is being reported should have the right to defend theirselves.
Reason why they should have the right to defend theirselves: There might be a great artists who really knows how to post/make fake things.What if that guy/girl made a fake scam report and the other person got banned for it. It Wouldn't be fair at all ,Right?It would also make the admins feel awesome.Makes you feel like your a judge.right?Come on Be honest!It's like your handling a real case.
Make us allowed to defend our rights!


Here are the rules,I have followed them,here is Proof.


1. If a thread already exists, and a new is posted on the same topic, merge the new one into the old one.
2. If a post is simply "supported" or "this is bad" or otherwise non-contributing, delete it. If it's exceptionally bad or exceptionally common, infract them as well, "Useless Post".
3. If a poster has obviously not read the thread at all, and thus makes a very-low contribution (e.g. they quote the opening post) post, warn them (explaining that they should read near the end of the thread rather than just the opening post), and delete their post. If they do this every day, consider infractions.
4. There is generally no reason to attach a poll to a suggestion. If a moderator decides that a poll would be beneficial for statistical purposes, one will be added for you.

They already can, and we already punish people for posting false reports. You need evidence when you report someone.

In most cases where the scam/intention to scam is not blatantly obvious we'll shoot a PM to the user being reported and give them a chance to explain themselves.
