Hey I own dragon but everyone is going to unranked, I created a new rank but I don't know how to put people in the ranks I want them to be in if you could post a vid that would be helpful

You click on their name, careful not to just highlight it. Then you drag the name into the appropriate rank. That should work.

I tried that already, It just takes the image of their name and when I drag it doesn't drop into the rank?

Odd, because there isn't an image TO drag. When you are putting someone into a rank, you need to hover over it a little bit then it'll be yellow then you can drop it in. Have you tried that?
