Moving Usertitles?
So I just got Toriprime+VIP and I see some people with usertitles that have, like words moving and it repeats. for example hanz0's usertitle. How do you do that?

With Toriprime or VIP only basic, non-html usertitles are allowed.

You can buy usertitles from admins (200k from what I've heard.) but there are usually restrictions.
what am i doing here

The reason hanz0 can have a marquee usertitle is because he's an admin.
