So i recently got sony vegas pro 12 and i was hoping if you can give me some cnc for this little clip i edited. I looked at alot of tutorials and im still bad so can any one help?

Looks like you added the Youtube video in wrong.
You only need to c/p the video code, not the whole URl.

I am very glad I'm not epileptic.
The FPS seemed a bit low.
Like Velair said, work on free camming, and change up the effects.

In that case, try fast forwarding a bit.
My laptop is terrible when recordng but I smooth it up by fast forwarding
