There has always been crime like this, I wouldn't say that humanity has gotten way worse, it's gotten a little worse, but not much. There has always been messed up stuff but with the modern media it gets around way faster and easier.

The fact that the female had to fill out papers or whatever before they called the cops really unnerved me...

There's good people and bad people. Good people die, Evil people too. Imagine a world with peace. Would that alter the balance? I do prefer peace but is naive to think the world will change someday. That kid was wrong and probably will live with that for the rest of his life. The girl needs help, that's hard for a girl. I wouldn't imagine that kid parents...

What I'm thinking is that the kid is.only 13 and some ppl are already asking for him to be neutered
