click the boxes next to the message you wanted to delete, after that, scroll down and see the selected messages thing? choose delete and click go

If they are pm's, I highly doubt it (an admin or higher could help on that).
If you are talking about a post, just shoot me a pm and I will tell you what you did write.

If the pm is important and needed for, say, a scam case then admins can help you out. Otherwise, I don't think they dig out random deleted pms for people.
