O.o This is not the correct thread to post this kind of stuff man, but
There is a layout for the head texture if you click on "textures" in the torishop download it and use it for a layout

To create an invisible head, download GIMP, create a new 512x512 canvas with transparent background. Save it as .png and then upload to your head texture.

As easy as this!
