i use gimp 2.8 and paint ..... take around 2-3 hour to make them

I'm pretty sure what you just drew is considered to be a cyberman from the T.V. show Doctor Who. If you are unsure what I am talking about just look up some pictures on Google Images.

Now on to the critiquing: It really doesn't look to much like the source picture at all, I can see a lot of areas that need a lot of work. Next time you work on a head make sure to try to smooth it out instead of having "rough" lines. Also, if you are going to use a source image try to make it resemble it a little more. :P
