ok ive been searching but can't find anything sorry if this is the wrong place but i can't load other peoples textures and i can't find any problem id really like some help please.

Check to make sure you have their custom folder and it has their textures correctly named inside the folder.

i have there custom file but it wont download their textures, and ive tried reinstalling that didn't do anything please help me x_X

Check if your firewall is preventing Toribash from updating.
