What do you guys all call those carbonated drinks like sprite and mountain dew and such? And I mean the general term, not the specific brand.

On occasions I say coke for anything from the coke brand, coke, sprite, etc
Otherwise I say soda

I say Coke more then anything aswell.

Does beer count as carbonated? If so, the answer is clear.
