I'm trying to help out a customer of mine. He bought a set from me, but I can't send it to him, because the system acts as though he is banned. He assures me he isn't. Every time, I get this message: "Link is banned and cannot trade."
Here is a screenshot of what happens every time I try to send him his stuff.

Problem resolved. That was indeed the problem. I hadn't spelled his nick with the dash in front. Items sent. Thank you.
